Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow, the customer service becomes less personal and flexible in looking after a business' needs - particularly a small business. However since then it's continued to get more expensive for features that aren't really that useful. The software was a game-changer when it was first released in 2011. Not flexible enough for small businesses.
